Ways to get exercise!

 I have a membership to Planet Fitness. I like working out. Working out makes me feel powerful. When i finish using a machine i need to wipe it down. My favorite way to get cardio exercise is running on the treadmill. My favorite ways to get exercise with weights are Squats and deadlifts! 

Favorite shows!

All the time I like to relax watch TV and have snacks! I like to watch TV in my living room. Some of my favorite shows to watch are Ginny & Georgia and Friends! I like to snack on cheese puffs and drink Pepsi when I watch TV. 

New hobbie's!

 On the weekdays during the evenings I need to keep myself busy. Sitting at home on the couch watching TV and playing on my phone is not the only option. Having a hobbie means you take part in activity's you're interested in. I can look at local websites to find out about upcoming events and make plans to attend them. This can give me new opportunity's to take part in with friends and family. A new hobbie I would like to try is roller skating. I would like to take lessons! 

Life after Trails!

 Planning for my future after Trails makes me feel anxious . Part of being a adult means I have to make important decisions. I want to have a say and share my opinions with others. I will be graduating Trails when I turn 26 years old. I have 4 years left in the program. I plan on living with my family in the future. I don't want to attend another school similar to Trails when I graduate. A field trip I want to go on before my last year is University of Michigan. I plan on working at Culver's.
