Daylight Savings!
On Sunday our clocks will be set an hour ahead for Daylight Savings time. I will need to help set the clocks back in the house. This means we will be losing an hour of sleep. To help me adjust to this change I should go to sleep an hour earlier. This will help me feel better rested. I will go to bed on Saturday night at 10 pm. The positive part about Daylight Savings is we are one day closer to the first day of Spring. We will slowly gain sunlight each day.
